G.E.M.S. – Girls Empowering Minds and Spirits.

For young girls ages 8-10

Our mission is to empower young girls to identify, trust, and develop their intuition through the power of self-love.

Our Vision is to positively impact the trajectory for women by teaching them as little girls of their infinite value, by providing the tools they need in their younger years to develop their self-esteem, self-worth and self-respect.

What your girls will learn in the G.E.M.S. Course

Since all girls love things that sparkle, I am using gemstones each week as a way for them to have fun, to remember discussions and activities, and as a tangible reminder for them at the end of the course.

The G.E.M.S. program is designed for a group of 12 girls but can be modified for any group size or age of girls and can be used as a great after-school program activity for a teacher, administrator, homeschooling mother, or as an activity for a birthday party or sleepover party.

The gemstones are a significant piece of the course because they are used as a tangible reminder of what the girls have learned throughout the lessons, and the girls love them!

G.E.M.S. Girls in Action

Hi, I’m Susan

I’ve been an elementary school teacher for over 33 years, and in those years it has become my strong belief that little girls will be the ones to change this world, filling it with love and compassion.

But I have also seen in my own life experience, as a little girl myself, as a teacher, a mom, and a girlfriend, that girls can slowly lose the ability to trust their own intuition, growing into women who struggle to find their voice and to show themselves the self-love that is needed in order to thrive and be alive.

As a teacher, I spent years thinking how wonderful it would be to have a class where you can actually teach little girls how to recognize and develop their intuition and to trust. They have this knowledge, but need to be encouraged to trust it, and use it.

Clarity came to me one day in 2017 when I realized I could create a class for little girls myself. I could teach them about intuition, self-love, trust, friendship, confidence and feelings – the six traits I believe she will use througout her life in everything she does.

I wanted to be the woman for little girls that I needed as a little girl, to be the woman in a classroom setting who would listen, validate, love and encourage.

So Girls Empowering Minds and Spirits – G.E.M.S was created!
